Right Holidays Ltd. is a trusted travel agency established in 2005 in London. We have offices in Green Lanes and Stoke Newington. We specialise in tailor-made holidays, escorted tours, family holidays, and honeymoon holidays. We are authorised sales agents for numerous airlines including; Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, and British Airways. "Our priority is always what our customers want to get from their holidays so as Right Holidays, we provide the holiday our customer wants, not the one we want to sell them", says Sinan Aydin, Managing Director.

Tell us a bit about you, what you do, your company and how you came to be part of TGX Network

We are an established local travel agent, providing our services to the community in North and North East London since 2005. We have offices in Green Lanes and Stoke Newington in London. We specialise in tailor-made and family holidays, escorted tours and have extensive knowledge and network in the Turkish and Cypriot travel markets. About a year and a half ago, just before the pandemic, we decided to reach a wider audience by extending our online offerings. We started searching for the best technologies in the market for online travel booking. Our web developer team came across TGX Network and after some research, we decided that it was best to proceed with you.

What do you think, are some of the biggest opportunities for the travel industry in 2021?

We were new to the online travel market when COVID-19 hit and we predicted that there would be a big decrease in bookings in 2020. We decided that there was a unique opportunity for us as a local travel agent to use our expertise and connections to Inform our customers when most airlines were having to cancel flights and countries were employing their own individual strategies to cope with the pandemic. In a time when customers were losing hope in the travel industry, we managed to use our connections to book charter flights. For the travel industry, I think at the moment there are more challenges than opportunities but each and every travel company can create their own luck too.

Which elements do you consider key success factors in your business model?

Thanks to being a high street agent and having expertise in holidays in Turkey and Cyprus; we have a niche market, local awareness, good connections with certain airlines and hotel groups, and good relations with the community we serve. We have a loyal customer base, and we operate with transparency and a focus on problem-solving.

What suggestions/challenges do you have for TeamX?

When we first met TeamX, we were interested in the FlightX project but it has been delayed due to COVID-19. The FlightX project is still a big pull for us because it would allow us to receive data from most suppliers in the market. We’re looking forward for that to come to fruition. We would also like to see Travelgatex take initiative in mapping GIATA codes for hotel suppliers, which has been a challenge for us.

What advice do you have for young people just entering the travel technology space?

We advise young people entering the travel technology space to not lose hope in travel industry’s future and focus on a niche market where they can provide value that big companies can’t. And to spread the word about sustainable travel, ethical travel and more.
