- We live in a period of high uncertainty, in which the main challenge for managers is decision-making. At Con-X
we will talk about this, but could you tell us about your own case? How do you deal with decision-making in your
company?
- Volatility and uncertainty have been part of the environment we, as a travel service provider, have been operating in for
several years now. Covid-19 only accelerated and emphasized the need for acting quickly, mindfully and responsibly.
Within DidaTravel, we are guided by our vision and mission, which are deeply embedded within the organization and
serve as a north star for everyone's daily decision-making, including Senior Management level within regions. We benefit
from a lot of trust and freedom to do what is right for our clients, our employees and the company as a whole. We are fast
at decision-making, as well as adjusting if needed.

- What do you see as the main trends in tourism distribution today?
- I am only focussing on B2B-distribution here. Without doubt, it is and will be all about connectivity. Travel products and
services need to be delivered fast and in the most efficient way, from providers and intermediaries to the final production
units. In a notoriously low-margin industry, controlling the costs of transaction between supply and demand is crucial for
companies doing business with each other. DidaTravel with its superior technology, is well-positioned to become an even
more relevant partner at a global level.

- Has your company made any daring decisions recently?
- I would not call it "daring", but it was probably a brave decision from DidaTravel to step out of the comfort zone "APAC"
and to invest in expanding our global footprint. We were able to convince our shareholders and investors, based on an
indepth analysis of our core capabilities to address the opportunities for growth in a proper way, and to be able to deliver
added value to our clients and prospects across multiple regions.

- What are your perspectives for this year? Where do you want to go?
We will surpass pre-pandemic levels in 2023 and deliver strong growth from both existing and new overseas markets. Our
total volume is already well ahead of the same period in 2019. This is mainly due to the tremendous growth by our global
source markets. Our ambition is to position ourselves as one of the "not to miss" supply-and tech partners in travel
distribution.
