Can you tell us how you became part of the SiteMinder team, and what projects you are currently working on?

I joined SiteMinder three years ago, after 25  years’ working in sales and marketing for some of the biggest names in IT and technology. What initially attracted me was SiteMinder’s disruptive vision for the hotel technology space, and the way the company fuses the creative energy of a tech startup with a global leader’s scale, reach and ambition.

Dr. Wouter Geerts Director of Research, Skift will participate as a speaker at the upcoming CON-X 2022 conference. Geerts, as a big data specialist, will talk about changes we have experienced in recent years, and some predictions ... although as he says, "he doesn't have the crystal ball", he will help to understand some perspectives through data.

In this interview, Bill gives us some insights into his experience regarding the impact of innovation, expectations for CON-X attendees, and some interesting predictions for the world of travel.
